Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sarna Technologies' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Service
Sarna provides FinTech solutions including but not limited to Risk Navigator, BPE (Buying Power Engine), Brokerage-in-a-Box, and Modules components. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Intellectual Property
Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sarna Technologies. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, or state regulations or laws
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
- To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sarna Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
